Die casting technical capabilities
It has various types of die-casting machines from Italy's Idra, Ital, Switzerland's Bühler, Japan's Toyo, UBE, China's LK, Yizumi, etc., and is also equipped with peripheral equipment such as automatic spraying and picking robots, vacuum die-casting systems, mold temperature control systems, core pin high-pressure cooling systems, etc., which can manufacture high-demand aluminum and magnesium alloy die-casting parts.
Qualified aluminum alloy liquid is directly supplied by the supplier , which reduces the internal smelting process, saves energy and protects the environment.

Radiy Mold currently has three vacuum die-casting technologies: high vacuum system, centralized vacuum station, and mobile vacuum machine, all of which can reduce the porosity in castings and improve the quality of castings. They are now in use.
