High pressure point cooling machine
The high pressure point cooling machine is a device developed by our company for local temperature control of the mold. Its main function is to perform local circulation cooling of the mold and high pressure point cooling of the ultra-fine core needle during the casting process.
Highlights
- Make the mold as a whole evenly cooled to eliminate the defects of heat shrinkage or premature cracking of the casting caused by local overheating.
- Improve the overall quality of the casting and reduce the air leakage rate by controlling the local temperature of the mold through this equipment.
