Through non-destructive X-ray testing, we effectively detect internal product defects (such as porosity and shrinkage voids), thereby ensuring the integrity and density of the internal structure. Simultaneously, we utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform high-precision inspections of critical dimensions, ensuring that product dimensions strictly align with design specifications.

Packaging for Molds and Die Castings

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products during transit, Raidy Mold employs specialized packaging solutions for both molds and die castings.

Mold Packaging:
Molds are packed in high-strength, eco-friendly wooden crates featuring a robust structure with excellent impact resistance and load-bearing capacity. Internally, the molds are securely fixed and supported—tailored to their specific structure—to prevent shifting or collision during transport. Additionally, prior to packaging, molds undergo anti-rust and moisture-proofing treatments to ensure they remain in pristine condition, even during long-distance or sea freight shipments.

Die Casting Packaging:
Die castings are protected during transport using customized packaging solutions tailored to each product’s structure, dimensions, and surface finish requirements. This effectively prevents friction and collision between parts, thereby minimizing the risk of deformation or surface damage.

Depending on the chosen mode of transport (Air / Sea / Land), we can optimize the packaging structure to ensure the products remain stable and secure throughout the entire logistics chain, thereby minimizing transportation-related risks.
