Mold Packaging: Molds are packaged in high-strength recycled wood crates. The crate structure is sturdy and possesses excellent impact resistance and load-bearing capacity. Internally, the molds are rationally secured and supported according to their structure to prevent displacement or collisions during transportation. Furthermore, the molds undergo rust and moisture-proofing treatment before packaging to ensure they remain in good condition during long-distance transportation or sea freight.
Die-casting Packaging: Die-castings are protected during transportation using customized packaging solutions based on product structure, size, and surface requirements. This effectively avoids friction and collisions between products, reducing the risk of deformation and surface damage.
For different transportation methods (air/sea/land), we can optimize the packaging structure to ensure the product remains stable and safe throughout the entire logistics process, minimizing transportation risks.
