Client Needs

We provide customized services for the drawings, machine selection and special mold requirements provided by customers.

We will display the size, shape and function of the mold in detail to ensure that the mold design and manufacturing can meet the customer’s personalized needs.

3D Design Analysis

Accurate analysis of mold design, processing steps, and plastic mold structure application.

Such as: mold strength, mold flow analysis, mold injection, cooling system, guide system, specifications of various parts, customer machine selection and customer special mold requirements, etc.

Project Review

Technical points – basic structure of the mold, plastic material, customer’s special requirements, injection molding machine parameters and parts processing steps, etc.

Review points – “Mold structure inspection” “Mold action and guide system inspection” “Mold injection system inspection” “Mold ejection system inspection” “Mold vulnerable parts inspection”.

Mold Processing

The processing is divided into three steps – the first step is rough processing; the second step is semi-finishing of some precision molds; the third step is high-speed milling finishing. We have always paid attention to the anti-deformation control of steel materials during processing.

Quality Control

Strictly control tolerances. Before CNC milling, strictly check all procedures.

Complete inspection of plastic molds to ensure the continuity of mold structure and the standard of parts. Independent inspection of the cooling system, hydraulic oil system and hot runner system of plastic molds is carried out continuously.

Trial Mold

Mold trial can identify the defects of the mold and provide solutions; it also provides important information such as test reports, mold trial videos and mold operation manuals.

Plastic mold testing: dry run, high pressure holding, high speed injection and related long time mold operation detection.

Materials We Choose

PP: Heat resistance, high chemical stability, non-toxic.

ABS: High impact resistance, low cost and low density.

PC: High heat resistance, weather resistance and toughness. Can be colored or transparent.

PE: Corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, low temperature resistance, high chemical stability, good molding performance.

The Injection Molding Process

Mold closing: The mold is closed to prepare to receive plastic material.

Injection: Plastic material is injected into the mold. Under high temperature and pressure, the molten plastic is injected into the mold through the gate system to fill the entire cavity.

Cooling: The plastic material cools in the mold. This process takes a certain amount of time to ensure that the plastic is completely solidified and forms the desired shape and structure.

Mold opening: After the plastic is completely cooled and solidified, the molded part is pushed out of the mold through the mechanism. At this time, the plastic product has been formed.

Application
